Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Ms. McCloskey attended Indiana University Bloomington and earned her bachelor’s degree in Law and Public Policy with a minor in Sport Marketing and Management. Ms. McCloskey graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. While attending law school, Ms. McCloskey was selected as a Steiger Fellowship recipient, and had the opportunity to clerk in the Consumer Litigation Division of the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. Ms. McCloskey also served as a legal extern at the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights. Additionally, she worked as a research assistant to Professor Jamie Abrams, and her drafting, researching, and editing contributions were acknowledged in Tort Law Simulations: Bridge to Practice (2020).
Ms. McCloskey has been a licensed attorney in Kentucky since 2021 and is admitted before all Commonwealth of Kentucky courts. When away from the office, Ms. McCloskey enjoys cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers, collecting vinyl records, and hiking with her chihuahua, Shrimp.”
