Mitchell E. Esterle

Mitchell Esterle is an attorney at the Zoppoth Law Firm. Mr. Esterle practices in all areas of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, severance agreements, wage and hour violations, workers’ compensation, and wrongful termination. He serves clients in Louisville and throughout the commonwealth of Kentucky.

Originally from Louisville, Mr. Esterle attended Centre College and earned his bachelor's degree majoring in both History and Political Science. Mr. Esterle graduated cum laude from the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Esterle clerked for various firms, including the Zoppoth Law Firm, before beginning his practice in medical malpractice insurance litigation.

Mr. Esterle has been a licensed attorney in Kentucky since 2020 and is admitted to practice before the Kentucky state court as well as the Western District of Kentucky Federal Court. When away from the office, Mr. Esterle enjoys spending time with his wife Laura, his family, and his dog Boone, and enjoys competitive target shooting, water sports, and going to concerts.
