ATTORNEY PROFILE
Liz Mosler is a seasoned business litigation attorney and helps individuals and businesses resolve a wide range of legal disputes—whether it’s a contract issue, a construction disagreement, a property damage claim, or a real estate or non-compete matter. She also has a strong passion for appellate advocacy and brings strategic insight to each stage of the litigation process.
Before joining the firm, Liz worked as a public interest environmental lawyer, where she built strong skills in negotiation, regulatory analysis, and strategic problem-solving—tools she now uses every day to help her clients protect their interests and move forward.
Licensed in Kentucky since 2008, Liz represents clients of all sizes, from individuals and solo entrepreneurs to larger companies. She earned both her B.A. and J.D. cum laude from the University of Louisville, has completed additional coursework in international law, and is fluent in German - adding a global perspective to her work when cross-border issues arise. Liz brings a thoughtful, responsive, and results-driven approach to every case she takes on.
